We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150 with standard ground delivery (lower 48 United States only). This discount is automatically applied at checkout.

• Please open your Neon Sign within 24 hours of delivery, or in the presence of the delivery driver if possible.
• Report any issues immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
• Claims for breakage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
