Production Time

All custom neon signs are made to order.

Production typically takes:

  • Custom Neon Signs: 2–5 business days
  • Logo Neon Signs: 3–7 business days
  • Ready-Made Neon Signs: 1–3 business days

Production times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Time

After production is completed, orders are shipped using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 4–8 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking information provided.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A short video showing the issue, if applicable

After review, we may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom-Made Products

Because custom neon signs are manufactured specifically according to customer specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Color preference changes
  • Design preference changes
  • Order no longer required

Ready-Made Products

Non-custom products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or non-functioning product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, NeonXLED may:

  • Repair the product
  • Send replacement parts
  • Replace the product
  • Provide a full or partial refund

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.

Warranty

All NeonXLED signs include a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing and electrical defects under normal use.

Warranty coverage includes:

  • LED failure
  • Power adapter defects
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical component failures

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Improper installation
  • Water damage to indoor signs
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Damage caused by incorrect voltage or power sources

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
