Warranty

All signs come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover breakage. However, if neon tubes are damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement. All shipping damage must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the sign. Please contact us at sales@neonxled.com to initiate a claim.
