3. Custom Design Approval

For custom orders:

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all design proofs before approval.
  • Production begins only after final approval has been received.
  • Once approved, customers are responsible for any errors, spelling mistakes, dimensions, or design selections contained in the approved artwork.
  • Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.

4. Customer Content & Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, artwork, trademarks, text, or other materials, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content; or
  • You have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it.

NeonXLED is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted content.

We reserve the right to reject any design that:

  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains unlawful content
  • Promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activity

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and successfully verified.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse suspicious transactions
